Connection, Reclaimed!
Because your connection didn’t disappear, it was buried.
A two-day intensive, in-person communication workshop for couples

Reconnect Through Clear, Respectful, Conscious Communication
You came together with that spark of connection, and you still care about each other. That’s not in question, but maybe you’re feeling distant, emotionally out of sync, or unsure how to really communicate anymore.
Even strong relationships can drift without anyone meaning to. Over time, connection gets replaced by logistics. Conversations become about the day-to-day, and intimacy starts to feel like one more thing to manage. It’s not a lack of love; more likely, it’s from a lack of shared language.
Connection, Reclaimed is a 2-day, in-person workshop for couples who want to feel close and connected again, and are ready to upgrade the way they relate, speak, and listen.
This isn’t forced intimacy or rehearsing scripts. It IS about learning how to notice what’s happening within so that you can both express yourselves with clarity, to listen without defense and to meet each other with presence, respect and love.
This is for you if…
You’ve drifted into more logistics than intimacy
You often feel misunderstood, dismissed, or unheard
You’re committed, but the connection feels flat
You’re tired of looping conversations that go nowhere
You want to understand and shift your own response to conflict
You want real communication, not more tools and bulleted lists to memorize
This is NOT therapy. It’s an upgrade to how you can understand and relate to each other more deeply than ever before. It’s about clearing out the noise and misunderstandings so the real connection can bloom once again.
The Experience
This isn’t a surface-level workshop.
It’s a space to slow down, tune in, and reconnect in a way that’s honest, calm, and real.
Over two immersive days, you and your partner will be guided through clear, practical tools and practices that help you:
Rebuild the foundation of your connection
Rediscover genuine curiosity about who your partner is now
Practice listening in a way that helps you actually hear each other
Understand how your presence lands with the person you love
Learn and embody new communication tools through guided exercises
Gain insight into your shared emotional and energetic patterns
Move through tension with simple, repeatable repair processes
While this work is intimate & occasionally challenging, it’s delivered with insight and respect.
You’ll leave this 2-day intensive with skills you can use, a renewed sense of what’s possible between you and ultimately, reconnected to the person you fell in love with.

Who are we?
We’re Jessica and Luis, partners in life and in practice.
The communication work we’ll be guiding you through in this workshop isn’t theoretical for us.
It’s something we live every day. Our connection is built on love, intentionality, presence, clarity, and honesty; not performance or perfection (perfection is boring!).
We don’t offer survival tools, these are skills for thriving. We offer what can come naturally when trust, energetic attunement, and emotional transparency are in place.
We’re here to hold a clear and steady space for you to find your way back to each other.
Jessica Dawn Séguin is a Professional Master Clearer™ and SoulPoint Journey guide with over 20 years of coaching executives and entrepreneurs in high 6 and 7-figure businesses. She navigates both the linear and non-linear worlds effortlessly enabling her to support clients to return to clarity, mentally, spiritually, personally and professionally.
Alongside her private practice, Jessica also teaches authentic communication to business owners, most notably as a co-facilitator of Creating Connection through Conscious Communication (or C4 for short), a training developed for lawyers and legal professionals seeking to create more impact and connection while also increasing ROI.
Jessica brings deep energetic clarity and emotional attunement that goes beyond words; she brings a rare blend of energetic precision and practical communication skills. Her approach is non-performative, grounded, and designed to support people in truly understanding what it is like to BE with them so they feel deeply seen and understood.
Luis Oliver, PhD, C.Psych. is a Clinical Psychologist with over three decades of experience supporting individuals and couples through trauma, grief, emotional overwhelm, and relational breakdown. He’s especially known for his work with veterans, first responders, and those navigating high-stakes or high-intensity roles.
Luis brings a grounded, compassionate approach that helps people feel safe enough to be honest. His presence is calm and clear, and he holds space without judgment or performance.
In his work with couples, Luis has helped partners move beyond conflict cycles and shutdowns into more respectful, emotionally attuned connection. His approach combines evidence-based practices, like Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), with principles drawn from mindfulness, yoga philosophy, and his own lived experience.
At Connection, Reclaimed, Luis supports both men and women in learning how to show up with honesty, regulate through discomfort, and rebuild trust, without needing to fix or be fixed.
Together, we hold a clean, contained, non-performative space for couples to meet each other again, without fixing or forcing.
FAQs
-
No. This isn’t therapy, and it’s not meant to replace it. While both Luis and I bring deep relational, professional and psychological expertise, Connection, Reclaimed is a facilitated experience to learn relational communication skills - it is not clinical treatment.
This workshop is for couples who want to reconnect in real time through conscious communication, presence, and self-awareness. It’s not about processing every past wound, it’s about learning how to meet each other now, with honesty and respect.
-
That’s a common dynamic and not a reason to avoid this kind of experience.
We’ve created this workshop with both openness and hesitation in mind. You won’t be pushed to share anything that doesn’t feel right, and no one is expected to show up in the same way. Often, just being in a respectful, honest field begins to illuminate what is actually available to you and make space for curiosity. That’s enough.
-
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turaNot at all. In fact, this is for couples who specifically are NOT in breakdown; they’re just in a pattern of missing each other. Conversations feel flat. Intimacy feels distant. Things work on the surface, but don’t feel connected underneath.
This workshop is about remembering how to communicate clearly and be present & curious with each other again; not because something’s broken, but because you know more is possible.n a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
-
No. While the experience is shared, this is not a performative or overly exposed space where you HAVE to share where it doesn’t feel appropriate. We will also explicitly request shared confidentiality at the beginning of the workshop.
You’ll be invited into guided practices and reflections with your partner and with other participants, with opportunities to lean into curiosity or share insights if and when we as facilitators call it forward. The group field is there for support; not scrutinize.
-
We expect emotions to move; that’s part of the work. We also have clear structure, professional experience, and steady facilitation to support you if something intense arises.
You won’t be left alone in it, and you won’t be forced to process anything you’re not ready for. We trust your system. We trust the process. And we trust ourselves in our capacity to meet you in whatever comes up.
-
This isn’t skills training or a list of strategies to memorize or rehearsing scripts (sorry, no checklists!).
This work is experiential. You’ll learn to notice what’s happening in real time; within yourself and your partner, and communicate from clarity rather than reactivity. The tools you’ll practice are meant to be embodied, not performed. You won’t be leaving as an expert, rather, you’ll be leaving with an expanded understanding of what it means to be in relationship… hopefully for the rest of your lives.
-
That’s not what this space is for.
We’re not here to save or fix anyone’s relationship. Connection, Reclaimed isn’t about convincing anyone to stay, or finding a solution to make things work at all costs.
What we are offering is a space for clarity, presence, and honest communication. Some couples leave this kind of experience feeling more connected than they have in years. Others leave with the clarity that something needs to shift—sometimes even that it’s time to part with care.
Our focus is on truth. What you do with that is yours to decide, together.
-
Yes. Connection, Reclaimed is open to all couples who feel called to this work, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, or relationship structure.
That said, we want to be transparent about the lens we’re teaching from. Luis and I operate within a monogamous, heterosexual relationship, and that naturally informs the examples and lived experience we bring into the space.
We also explore relational dynamics through the lens of masculine and feminine energies, not as fixed gender roles, but as energetic patterns that can express across all partnerships and genders.
If this language resonates with you, or if you’re open to being in a space shaped by this perspective, you are welcome here. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to have a conversation before you decide.
-
This isn’t just a weekend away or a communication refresher. It’s a full recalibration of how you relate, listen, and connect.
The fee reflects the depth and presence offered throughout two full days of facilitation, nourishing meals, and a curated retreat space designed for honest connection.
We’re limiting this to 10 couples to ensure you’re not just a participant, but someone who is truly seen and supported.
-
Due to the limited number of spots and the nature of the container, we do not offer refunds once a space is reserved. If something unexpected arises, please reach out and we’ll do our best to find a respectful solution.
