By most measures, you’re doing well. You have built something real. You have done the work, made the sacrifices, reached the benchmarks that were supposed to feel like arrival. And there is something quiet underneath all of it that does not match the external evidence. Not quite dissatisfaction. Not quite emptiness. Something more precise: the sense that who you are now has outgrown the identity you built the business around, and that the structure you are standing in was made for someone you no longer entirely are.
Or perhaps you are in the middle of building something new, and the gap between who you are becoming and what you have created so far is where the friction lives. The vision is clear. The momentum is inconsistent. The inner world and the outer structure are moving at different speeds, and the work is to bring them into the same rhythm.
In either case, this is not a strategy problem. It is an alignment problem. And that is precisely where this coaching begins.
WHAT THIS COACHING ACTUALLY IS
Executive coaching with me is not a formula, and it is not exclusively about the numbers, though the numbers matter and we will look at them when they are relevant. What I am most interested in is you: the person leading the business, the woman making the decisions, the healer or practitioner who is also trying to run something sustainable and real.
Some clients come to me needing the practical foundation, cash flow clarity, a sense of where the business actually stands, a structure that reflects where they want to go. I bring nearly thirty years of experience and can hold that work with precision. Other clients come knowing the structure is more or less in place, and that what needs attention is interior: how they lead, how they relate, who they are becoming inside the role they have built. That is the work I love most.
Most of the time, it is both. We go where you actually are.
ABOUT THIS WORK
I’m Jessica Dawn Séguin. I’ve been working with entrepreneurs, executives, healers, and practitioners for nearly thirty years. I hold certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnosis, and Timeline Therapy®, and I bring my own experience of rebuilding from the inside out into every coaching relationship I hold.
I work with integrity and directness. I won’t tell you what you want to hear if it’s not what you need. I will also not push you toward a version of success that was never yours to begin with. The work we do together is grounded in your actual life, your actual business, and who you are actually becoming.
WHAT THE COACHING INCLUDES
Coaching is customized to your needs. Clients choose between weekly or monthly sessions depending on where they are and what the work calls for. Within that container, we draw from the following:
Coaching calls: Regular one-on-one sessions where we work through what is present: the decisions, the patterns, the places where you are in your own way. I listen closely and respond to what is actually there, not a template.
Text support: Access to me by text during business hours for the questions and moments that arise between sessions.
Soul alignment: We return regularly to the question of who you are and what you are building, making sure the two are moving toward each other rather than apart.
Business foundations: For clients who need it: cash flow clarity, financial landscape review, investment milestones, and a clear strategy for where the business is going and how it will get there.
Authentic Relating: When it fits the work, I weave in principles and practices from Authentic Relating, a communication framework I have been co-facilitating for several years. This is not a separate module. It is woven in when it serves what we are working on: how you communicate with clients, collaborators, and yourself.
AUTHENTIC RELATING WORKSHOPS
Authentic Relating is a body of communication practice that I have been co-facilitating for eight years. It addresses the way we listen, the way we speak, and the gap that so often exists between what we mean and what we transmit. For women in leadership and healing work, this gap has real consequences: in client relationships, in collaboration, in the way an organization feels from the inside.
I offer Authentic Relating both as a thread woven through one-on-one coaching and as standalone workshop experiences. These workshops can also be brought into a workplace or delivered to a staff team, for organizations that sense communication is at the root of what is not working and want something that goes deeper than a training day. When the inner and outer begin to move toward each other, a few things tend to shift. Decisions that required effort begin to come more easily, because they are being made from alignment rather than obligation. The business begins to reflect who you actually are, not who you were when you built it.
