ABOUT THIS WORK
I am Jessica Dawn Séguin, a Professional Master Clearer with nearly thirty years of experience. I work remotely, which means geography is not a factor. I begin with a live consultation to understand what you are carrying, conduct the analysis and clearing, and in many cases follow up with a second call once the clearing is complete.
I do not ask you to explain everything or understand the energetic mechanics of what is happening. I analyze what is present, clear what needs to be cleared, and give you a clear account of what was found and what shifted. You will know what happened. And you will feel it.

A CLEARING IN PRACTICE
I reached out to Jess a few years ago when I had a conflict situation with two men that I found intimidating. She advised me on a particular protocol to neutralize negative energy. Within weeks, the situation was resolved as best as it could be, and they were out of my life.
Later, I reached out to Jess because I kept “half-seeing” and “feeling” a presence in my century-old farmhouse home. I reached out to her and asked about her thoughts, thinking it was a spirit visiting their old earthly home. She did a check-in and resolved whatever it was, and that “side eye” feeling has not been back since.
And finally - And this is paramount - I had a major conflict with a tenant at my rental unit. This was a person who was a collector of antiques, who kept dozens of dead plants in her unit, taxidermied animals, and who herself was in poor health. This cantankerous woman made renting the unit to the next person very difficult because of her bad energy and attitude. Once that person cleared her belongings, we scrubbed the unit clean, painted it fresh and cleared the snow from the pathway. It was ready to rent but I still had no tangible interest.
It wasn’t until Jess did a very comprehensive clearing that the major shift happened. She did a full analysis, identified all the dark things, REMOVED them, and sent me a report. After that - I suddenly had FOUR qualified candidates come for viewings. Then two more good candidates contacted AFTER that, on the same day! I now had a choice of gracious and grateful people wanting to move into the unit.
I chose the person who I thought would be the most suited to live in the community and the home, and I am wishing for her to have a long happy tenancy there.
